Migration is one of the top challenges of the contemporary world. People migrate because of many reasons. According to our research, one of them can be changed at last. Shortage of great managerial jobs is not a problem anymore, in urban-slum and rural environement of Africa. Working with us can attract even up to 82% of migrants staying in Europe for not much.
The EU Pact on Migration and Asylum starts in June 2026. It doesn't include any promising mechanism of progressive returns. Migrants can get home, they are always free to go. But is there anything that can attract them to return home voluntarily, instead of wasting their talents and time? No, until now. Now people can return to their safe origin countries to spread their wings in a great work with local communities in local development.
It took us eight years of comparative research and real-world development in local Africa to be ready to offer very attractive local return hubs based on SDGs. Now people can return to their origin countries for SDG 8 work to help others with improving public health issues (SDG 3), inclusive education (SDG 4), and even with climate action (SDG 13). What we deal with?
We can attract migrants back to influential work in their safe origin countries, also in front of the Court of Justice of the EU questioning the list of safe countries (because people return voluntarily with us).
Returning migrants get managerial job opportunities, they become important local development influencers, and almost everyone is admiring them when they work with us (98% of surveyed people confirm it).
We run all the return process, from advertising co-operation with us to all required registrations and support in their safe origin countries.
What we do?
We’ve been carrying out not-for-profit Floor4Afrcia Programme since 2018 in sub-Saharan Africa.
