1. Data controller

2. We do not collect personal data from visitors

We do not require registration or user accounts. You can browse the site and download books without providing your name, email address or any other personal data to us. We do not operate our own user database, mailing list or profiling system.

3. What may still be processed

    •    Server / hosting logs

The hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access. This is necessary to operate and secure the website (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in running a secure website, and/or Art. 6(1)(b) if needed to deliver the service you request).

    •    Downloads via Google Drive

Book files are hosted on Google Drive. When you click a download link, Google’s terms and privacy policy apply. We do not receive your Google account data.

    •    Cookies

The site may use cookies provided by Google (or the hosting platform) to deliver the service and, in some cases, to analyse traffic. Information about your use of the site may be shared with Google. See Google’s cookie policy. You can control cookies in your browser.

    •    Emails you send us

If you contact us voluntarily (e.g. kontakt@smpe.pl or other addresses on the Contact page), we process the data you send only to reply to your message (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We do not add you to any list unless you ask.

4. Recipients / transfers

Possible recipients: our hosting provider and Google (USA). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, Google relies on its own transfer mechanisms (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. Retention

We do not store visitor personal data ourselves. Hosting logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operation. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If we would process your personal data, you would have the right to:

    •    rectification

    •    erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

    •    restriction of processing

    •    data portability

    •    object to processing based on legitimate interest

    •    withdraw consent (where consent was the basis)

7. Children

The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
