This is the way how our RETURNS, preventing migrant crisis, do work. In 2026 Ebola broke out in Africa for the 17th time! DRC was affected most, but many cases were also diagnosed in Uganda. Fortunately, no infections in Kenya. However, a lot of anxiety in Busia County. Proximity to Ugandan border started to change the way people live and work over there. Therefore, we decided to support them with what we do best everywhere, through the challenging times. We 'injected' a bit of hope - our rapid crisis response came to the local community of the "Hope Junior Academy" in Buyayi village. The Floor4Africa Programme has been introduced over there. Our volunteering researchers: Brian and Maya, identified urgent need to build just 30sqm big floor over there. This way, we can launch the challenge "Floor4Africa" vs. Ebola's side effects in a local economy and also migrant crisis. Local materials and labour force are everything we need to start carrying out the unusual methododology we are famous for. "Junior Project Manager" decided to return home to work with us for his local community good. His name is Bonface Muyodi. So, we found great donors in Poland - Piotr and Basia. Moreover, Celina from Austria supported media relation. Field research, construction works according to "Stan Floor C16/20 AFRICA" standard rules, and Internet data appeared to be not more than €1000, in total. You see - it is not much at all but enough to mobilise local resources, and to introduce new approach to local develoment.

THE GOAL TO ACHIEVE: sustainability is the key to scale crisis response based on inclusive rapid jobs for all local communities.
It's never ending story. We are completing floor in "Hope Junior Academy" but it should be started in 5 other schools. Our local people do a great job.
School floor is drying. Change in public health, inclusive education & local labour market rates is rapid. No need for local community to wait and wait.
Children returned to school. They realise no dust experience in the class-room. It changes even the way they preform the World-Cup "Viking Row"
