2025
To whom it may concern,
My name is Roman Mazur. I run for the UNHCR's HC in 2025, due to my real-world knowledge and field experience in crisis response and local development in Africa. I and my R&D team are top professionals in: instant job creation for migrants and refugees, managing over big challenges of the global South with limited budget (without cutting organisational jobs), and mobilising local communities with decent employment and self-employment in urban slums and remote villages at most. I know well that refugees can't be strangers anymore. We'have to co-operate for local inclusion ASAP, to let local communities even grow faster with people instantly bringing SDGs for general good.
Yours faithfully,
Roman Mazur MBA

UNHCR 2026 - 2031
1. JOBS FOR REFUGEES
Crisis response with easily scalable, instant employment for refugees in global South (including people already staying in the UNHCR camps but missing self-development based on SDG8). More: "Local Return Hub F4A"
2. EVERY PENNY COUNTS
My approach to crisis management is focused on people. On one hand, we don't do staff reengeneering when we face budget cuts! One the other hand, we squeeze everything we can out of the money we are responsible for. Have a close look at: "Local Return Hub F4A"
3. NORTHERN DIPLOMATIC PARTNERSHIP
I'm a mediator. IMHO, migrant crisis is not just the global South's issue. It's an urgent issue of today's world. We can solve it when we sit down for real-world talk on inclusive alliance of such partners as European Union, United States, United Kingdom to work with the new strategy of the UNHCR. Details: "Local Return Hub F4A"
4. LOCAL COMMUNITY INCLUSION
As long as we do not build any truly systematic local community inclusion, refugees and migrants are strangers everywhere. It doesn't help when we experience budget cuts. Local development is an essential bridge for the UNHCR to move on with its mission. Full information: "Local Return Hub F4A"
5. LEADERSHIP FOR CHANGE
Eradicating poverty is the very first SDG. Refugees are people with the highest risk of getting stuck in extreme poverty. To change it we do have to interact among several UN agencies, incl. UN Habitat and UNDP. No time left to neglect with: "Local Return Hub F4A"
